We have been using this cleaners since 1987.

My husband is the initial customer and sometimes

I send an article or two to be cleaned.

Just two weeks ago I sent "one" pair of dress black slacks to be cleaned. My husband brought our cleaning home and the pants were gone and not included in his clothes.

I called the cleaners and they were rude saying I needed to look through my house. To this date, October 6, 2004 they have done nothing and have not offered to replace my pants.

These were brand new and my favorite black pants.

I need help in getting a refund for my $100.00 pants.
