Name of Company- Peggy's Puppies - Seligman Missouri Box 425 Seligman, Mo. 65745 I purchased a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Missouri called Mr. Horton from Peggy's Puppies P.O. Box 425 Seligman, Mo. 65745 USDA and Mo. State Licensed. I saw the puppy online and fell in love with her and had to get her even though I am located in NY which make to difficult to pursue any action . I have since discover that my dog has Patella luxatation on both hind legs. This is congenital and also hereditary and this was covered in our signed contract.

I was assured that she was healthy so I purchased the dog. I have since contacted the breeder and was told to return the puppy (I pay shipping$200.00)so he can have her checked by his vets and if she had this condition she would not be returned to me and then I would be given a replacement (I pay shipping again$200.00).

I already purchased a puppy and paid for her shipping believing she was healthy. I love her and I am prepared to do the surgery that she requires which is very costly here in NY and I believe everywhere. I am not returning her I have had her for a year and if anyone has a puppy they would know what I mean but I feel since I paid for a healthy dog and she was not that I should be entitled to half of what I paid for her since he sold me a sick dog.

By the time I pay shipping to send her there (where she wont be returned to me) I would have paid for the dog. So if I ship her there I lose her and more money and if I keep the dog who is sick I get nothing but medical bills since Peggy's puppies lied to me and told me she was fine. I was hoping to negotiate with the breeder but he has been very uncooperative. Please review this matter and let me know if you need any further information. Thanks,
