I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON SUNDAY, 7/11/04 AT 12:45 PT. AFTER ONLY A FEW WEEKS OF OWNING THE TV THE PICTURE QUALITY HAD DETERIORATED VERY BADLY WITH SNOW AND DIAGONAL LINES.

 

YOLANDA TOOK THE CALL, ENTERED INFORMATION ABOUT ME (NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE #) AND THE TV WITH SERIAL NUMBER AND WHERE I HAD BOUGHT IT. WHEN I TOLD HER I HAD BOUGHT IT AT COSTCO AND WAS GOING TO TAKE IT BACK THERE IF SHE COULDN'T HELP ME FIX THE PICTURE, SHE DISCONNECTED THE LINE.

 

IT WAS NO ACCIDENT. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT WITH THE NAME PHILIPS ON IT (THAT GOES FOR THEIR OTHER PRODUCTS, NORELCO & MAGNAVOX, ALSO).
