A friend of mine was looking for a car early 2004, three months after I just bought my Jeep. I asked him to look out for the Jeep. Hew said “hell No! people say jeeps have a transfer case problem”. I was just disappointed but still did not have an issue with my car.

In about March/April 2004 I a heard a funny sound and vibration traveling at about 140 km/h. I now remembered my friend’s comments about Jeeps. My car was still under warranty, I immediately went to an authorized jeep dealer where my car is been serviced.

I have been told “your car is a 4x4 off-road, why would you travel at such high speeds?” I am now sitting with a car I do not enjoy but Daimler-Chrysler has got my full purchase price. This is not fair, please help and/or pass this message to Daimler-Chrysler international. Regards, Mr. James A
