This restriction is NOT in plain view on the home page of the contest. I think it's sad that anyone thinks that great ideas are restricted to the young - and I think it's really sad - that anyone who doesn't read the lengthy contest rules - may share a treasured idea - only to have their submission ruled ineligible - and then possibly available to anyone sponsoring the contest - to use as their own.
