I have dental insurance thru the company I work for with this insurance company! I filled a claim and waited for a reply after 30 days I called to check on it .

The insurance co told me I had no insurance, my payment was taken out of my check weekly, after a call to the company I work for I was told by insurance co they made a mistake refile my claim forms they did not have them I refiled.

Every week for the past 3 months I have called and been told my claim was setting there that it would be taken care of that day no results I have asked for a phone number for someone in charge I have at least 6 different numbers and each time I call it is automated and can not speak to a real person.This insurance is a joke will not pay and must not have any live people working there.
