Our Hot Springs Prodigy Spa, purchased in 1996 from dealer in Pensacola, FL, has had recurring problems with leaks.

The worst have come from a series of cracks in the actual body of the tub. Our tub has been kept inside and not subject to any kind of temperature extremes or unusual stresses. We very rarely have more than one person in the tub at a time.

As far as standing behind their product, both the dealer and Watkins have been absolutely useless. We just discovered the last dealer repair (for the network of cracks) seems to have consisted largely of duct tape over the cracks rather than a real repair.

This of course has failed. These people are only interested in stringing you along until the warranty expires. I agree with the recent posting about Hot Springs spas: Don't buy one anywhere from anyone. Deane R. H
