here is a copy of the e-mail that i sent to them.
In august i ordered some tables on line. After 2 weeks you guys gave me a call to pick up my order at the warehouse in San Jose.
I went on a Saturday to pick up my items at the warehouse, it took me 2 hours just to get there. When i got there they gave me only one box and i asked one of the guys if that was it; he said yes this is it "your tables" so i believed him and left. It took me an other 2 hours to get back home.
When i got home i opened the box to find out that all of the glasses for the tables were missing. I called the warehouse right away stating that the glasses were missing; the guy didn't even said sorry , he just told me to go back for the glasses.
I told him that it wasn't my mistake and that it took me 4 hours round trip to get my tables; i asked him to ship those glasses to my address, he agreed and said that he was going to ship them next business day.
That was 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard form you guys or the glasses anymore. I called the 1800 number and talked to one of the costumer services, she said that my glasses were on their way to my address and that i would get them on Monday October the 4th.
Well today is Wednesday October the 6th. I called again and talked to Sharon and he told me that you guys made a mistake and didn't order my glasses in the first place that you guys had to make 2 orders instead of just one and that he thinks that it's going to take an other 2 weeks for me to get my stupid glasses, so i can have decent tables.
Why do you guys have to lie all the time telling me one thing and then an other thing. The only thing for sure is that i don't have my glasses and it has been almost 2 months since i originally order the tables on line "BIG MISTAKE"
Now i have to wait to see what's the next big excuse for not sending me my glasses. I wonder if i could sue you peoplesfurniture.net for all of your stupidity and lies.
