I am from Minneapolis, MN. and I too noticed a $79.95 charge on my credit/bank card (which I VERY SELDOM use on the internet), That is how I came upon your site. I was trying to find out what kind of company CIC* was. Well, it was worse then I thought.

Is there anything a person can do? I want my money back + the $40 service charge that I got for insufficient funds. I have only given out my credit card # to one business on line (and that was Pay Pal). So how did they get my #? and why?
