'04, I was paying 45.00 a month for their service. The most blatant example of bait and switch that I have ever been subjected to in my 57 years on this planet.

'04, I was paying 45.00 a month for their service. The most blatant example of bait and switch that I have ever been subjected to in my 57 years on this planet.

During the course of our relationship, TalkAmerica lost an electronic fund transfer from my bank account and insisted for over a month that it was my problem and not theirs. After getting my bank involved and TalkAmerica miraculously discovering my payment, they then proceeded to send me a final bill wanting a full month of service paid for, when the service ended 10 days in to the billing period.

After I convinced these arrogant, incompetent, idiots to pro-rate the bill, they threatened me with a collection agency if I didn't pay them by phone that very night. This, without even sending me a corrected bill. Very bad customer service and account tracking. BAIT AND SWITCH - BEWARE OF LOW RATE OFFERS. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CLEVELAND
