I recently had the most horrific experience at one of Atlanta's Rooms To Go locations at 6288 Dawson Blvd Norcross. On October 4th my wife and I made a cash deposit on furniture, that we were looking forward to purchase.

We returned home and decided that we no longer wanted to purchase the furniture. The very next day we went back to the store and requested a refund on the deposit. First we were told to speak to our sales- representive, Locksey then our sales-representive referred us back the to the manager who said he would not give us back the money left on deposit.

We did not want to leave without our money that was deposited less than twenty-four hours ago. After speaking with the manager Jerry for another twenty minutes, he disappeared into a back area. Ten minutes later, the police arrived. The manger sent out someone, a young lady who told the police that they were called because he felt threatened.

Needless to mention, my wife, my three small children and myself were asked to leave or risk going to Jail. Just how valuable are Rooms To Go customers? dare i say we are only as valuable as our most recent transaction. My three young very impressionalble children are left with the memory of being led out by police for no reason for the rest of their life. Rooms To Go could never make up for that. I am disgusted, traumatized and shocked. I am sending this out to anyone who i can save the humiliation and pain. DO NOT PATRONIZE ROOMS TO GO!
