We at Steel Tube Building Inc.-Crewe VA would like to take this opportunity to answer Mike M complaint. Mike M. ordered this building on 5/12/2004 and paid for it in full on 6/17/2004.

1) He paid 64.75 over 3500.00 for this building including sales tax.

2) We did not refuse to fix the leak because we knew nothing about the leak until you posted it on www.complaints.com.

3) To our knowledge the better Business Bureau did not receive any thing and if they did the never contacted us on this manner.

4) As far as our paperwork shows, we were not contacted about the leak.

5) He doesn&#226€™t have the correct owner, location or name.

6) He may have tried to get a refund from the credit card company but they never notified us of ant action that he requested.

7) In July after finding out this problem we went to Mike&#226€™s and repaired the leak! 8)As to our answer look at the facts and make your decision on the source of the complaint. We install 1000&#226€™s of buildings a year.

they finally said they would be out and they never showed ....the owner "judy' is disgusting and i now am going to my credit card company to try and force and refund .....steel tube buildings is a rip-off ....for your own good go some where else........
