Sprint PCS
I was a customer of Sprint PCS. I called them to question a bill and they have not yet helped me. Then they double the bill. I had a share phone and the 2nd phone was broke. The bill was outrageous. They now have collections after me and they were rude.
Then they charged me an extra $200.00 for not using their service. They disconnected me - not myself. You call in and you talk to a computerized phone. Online - they don't answer the questions. When they call me - which is illegal to call someone at work - they don't answer the question. Sprint advertises being a low cost cellular phone service and it's not true. They are crooks.
I am going to pay them what I believe I owe them, but I will not pay anymore and would recommend anyone that uses Sprint to not renew their contract with them. Danielle R

Your bill probably "doubled" becuase you went two months without paying your bill. Not Sprint's problem. It doesn't matter if your second phone doesn't work, if you have a plan setup on it, they're going to charge you for it. It's your responsability to replace your phone. The $200 sounds like an ETF. Way to go. ;) Would you complain that the cable company charged you for services you had when your tv was broken??? No. The services were available to you. Sprint didn't break your phone.
