I bought the car new 3 1/'2 years ago. From day one, the air conditioner hasen't worked right. I have only 22,000 miles on it, but the warrante was up at three years. For every time that I have brought the car in, there should be 3 more times each.

This last time they charged me $70 to open a "flap", said I need a new resister for the air to work on low and medium and it would cost me another $150 or so. It worked for three days.

The air coming out is only very lightly cool, sometimes almost the same as just the fan. It seems to work a tiny bit better when it's not as humid as usual. I keep putting off another visit, because they are going to charge me again, and I have to go without my car for a day or two.

This is south Florida and we really need air conditioners here. This has been a pretty good car so far, except for the air, but that is a BIG consideration. Where can I go to complain and get a new unit in this car which I feel should have been done long ago.
