I been trying to call Yahoo Customer service and everytime I call it says that your call waiting time will be approximately 30 minutes or more. I attempted calling several times during business hours and I get

exactly the same message every single time. I am very disappointed because it's all about saving money and letting the customer wait.

My primary reason for contacting customer service is because I been trying to subscribe to LAUNCHcastPlus and this is the message that I been getting everytime I attempt to subscribe. "You have been locked out of your account.

This is because you have entered the wrong card number or Security Key too many times. You may no longer access your card on file". In addition I no longer have the credit card that you have on file and I was calling to update my credit card information and to subscribe to LAUNHcastPlus.

It appears that Yahoo has only ONE Customer service representative handling all the calls in the United States. Thank you very much for your time. Sincerely: Albert F
