MWI*GALLERIA US - To whom is reading this complaint: I have cancelled several times with MWI*GALLERIA US several times over the past 4 months and they are still taking charges out on my bank account monthly. I've called several times, I got their number through my bank, everytime I call They put me on hold and hang up!

So I kept calling back and talked to someone and told them not to put me on hold no more and here me out! Well he did and agreed to take care of it for me, well he took care of it allright, he took the charges out again after a few days of my bank putting a freeze on it. And the bank said that they could keep taking it out and that they could not stop them although I've cancelled.

I feel like no matter what I do To try to grt it acroos these people that I dont want this no more, they still take charges out on this thing that I don't even use. What can be done? Is there anyone out there to help people from being abused from consumers like this one?
