Yet, it then automatically bills you $24 for the next month.
This is a deceptive and fraudulent business practice in order to (1)automatically extend a cancelled order, and (2) to hold the caller on the line while other AOL services are being hawked. The latter scam can take up to 10 minutes.
A Cancellation confirmation# needs to be given immediatedly once all the info is responded to - not deceptive and time-consuming ploys by AOL.
