Dear sir,

With reference to above sub. i would like to request you to kindly take action against my registration no. 247758 & WL. No. 9422/2004 (Rajesh Gas Agenceis - Madhavaram) Ph No. 044 25530725 & 25530777. Which was registered on the 10th of Augest 2004. As per my knowledge during my registration the concerned agencies have promissed me that they would furnish the new cylider within 15 days.

Till date i am keep communicating with them but no responce from their side. It would be a great previlage for me if you would take action against my request.

Note :

For your kind information i have come from north & i find it quiet very difficult to communicate as well as i am staying in a rental house where no such facilities is been provided (keroson or other fuels ) due to these type of circumtances i am not able to bring my family fm my hometown.

2. As per my knowledge of my cologue who has booked a new gas cylinder from M/s. T.U.C.S. LTD.Gopalpuram Branch on the spot he had receive the suply of cylinder without registration slip.

It would be a great previlage if you would take action against this matter
