Hi This is Rohit Mehta from Infosys Tech Ltd, Bangalore and this complaint is regarding conversion of Prepaid to Postpaid Connection of a Hutch India Cell Number. I want to complain against the Dealer (records of whom can be found from my application) who is responsible for conversion of my prepaid connection (Prepaid Cell No: 9886288771) to postpaid (New Sim No: 899186002412762204). I submitted the application for this on 28th October,2004 and was assured of this activation on 29th October,2004 by 8 PM (max) but this has not been done till now(12:33 P.M, 31st October,2004). Even my prepaid network is not present. This means that I am unable to connect to anybody, anywhere in this world with my cell. Is this the service you provide to the persons who have applied for corporate connection? This is a very awful situation in which a person who is working in reputed firm has been cutoff from the world because of the cell service provider. I am very peeved with this kind of treatment and will file a complaint with Consumer Form if you don’t take any action.
