I ordered five remanufactured ink cartridges from LD Products and they were all of inferior quality. Two leaked and were completely unusable. I returned the latter two to the company and then called to ask if they had received them.
This was over a week ago and they have yet to contact me in any way. I should have learned from my first experience with this company a year ago, where the same thing happened, except that time, they promptly sent me new cartridges.
The fact that they make it a common practice to sell shoddy merchandise (and now, they seem to be dodging returns ... I'm currently out $40) means that this is a company that people should STAY AWAY FROM.
