Dear Utah BBB:
I receved your letter re above case (with a copy of a letter from ClickIncome and our release/agreement). As I indicated in my last email, I received a telephone call from ClickIncome in which they informed me for the first time that they had made a credit of the agreed-upon refund of $1,250 to a credit card; however the credit was made to a defunct card which apparently delayed it appearing on the statement for the replacement card.
ClickIncome, in the release/agreement I signed, indicated that their refund would come in the form of a company check so I had no reason to expect a credit to a credit card.
As previously indicated, the credit card company, CapitalOne, is going to send me a check for the credit balance which finally showed up on their statement. I trust this will happen, so I consider ClickIncome to have fulfilled their end of the agreement. I will honor my end as well.
I hope this clears up loose ends and can conclude exchanges relative to the subject case. Thank you.
