KFC store #1482 in Wynne, Arkansas - I am a frequent customer of our KFC store #1482 in Wynne, Arkansas. Today I ordered a 12 piece meal that is supposed to come with 3 sides and 6 biscuits. Well I get home to find that I am missing the biscuits. I called the store to tell them that they left the biscuits out and that someone would be coming to get them.

I am a frequent customer of our KFC store #1482 in Wynne, Arkansas. Today I ordered a 12 piece meal that is supposed to come with 3 sides and 6 biscuits. Well I get home to find that I am missing the biscuits. I called the store to tell them that they left the biscuits out and that someone would be coming to get them.

Well while I was trying to tell them all this, the manager told someone to tell me to call back in 5 minutes because he was busy. I'm sorry, would you make your family wait because someone forgot to check to make sure all of your order was there?

This store has been so rude to me, I don't think I will ever go back to another one. I'll start buying my chicken at the Wal-Mart supercenter where I know I'll get good chicken that isn't over cooked in old grease. I will not be going to another one of your stores unless something is done.
