This is regarding Providian Bank in Pleasanton, California. I have a Platinum Visa which I obtained in March 2004. I just received a letter stating that my credit line was reduced to $250.00. My initial line was $3,500 which I did a balance transfer and have 0% interest rate. I have excellent credit and have never been late on any of my cards. What recourse do I have for this unsavory business practice.
