Kansas Memories, Mission, Kansas - Wedding Invitations - 2.5 weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything or received my invitations. I left a message and was contacted the next day by Ryan. He told me the order was not put through yet because of a problem between his company and the printer's.

After researching companies for my wedding invitations, I found what I thought was a good deal at kansasmemories.com.

 

I contacted them for pricing and details filled out the online order form. I was later contacted for payment by Amy. She told me the invites would take 1.5 weeks and if there were any problems/questions about my order I would be contacted.

 

2.5 weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything or received my invitations. I left a message and was contacted the next day by Ryan. He told me the order was not put through yet because of a problem between his company and the printer's. He then promised that the invitations would be done and sent by overnight mail so I would receive them on Friday.

 

By Friday evening, I still had no invitations. He contacted me at 7:30 that night and said there was yet another problem (with the wording) which he just found out about. He took my email address and said he'd email me a proof for me to approve. This time he said the invitations would not be at my house until Tuesday.

 

On Monday morning, I called Ryan because I did not receive an email - he wrote down my email address incorrectly. I finally received the proof by email and had to approve it because by now I was pressed for time. I wanted to cancel the order because of their incompetency, but I explained that he backed me into a corner, and there was no time to order through another company. Before ending the conversation, I was promised my order would arrive on Tuesday. 15 minutes later he called back to say it was too late and it would arrive on Wednesday.

 

I received my order on Wednesday to find that my reception cards were off center. I was annoyed and frustrated, but at that point, I had to hurry and send them out.

 

This company is terrible at communicating with their customers. A 1.5 week job took 4.5 weeks and nobody seemed to care. I am happy that my friends getting married know what I went through with this company and are staying away from them.
