Travelnow.com - Travelodge in Frederick Maryland, told me the reservation was not there, now they are charging me for it. Somebody made a mistake,besides me trusting the internet

I recently made reservations with Travelnow.com, for a hotel reservation in October from 1-4. I was forced to request a cancellation with the company for financial reasons my trip was cancelled.

Travelodge in Frederick Maryland,told me the reservation was not there, now they are charging me for it. Somebody made a mistake,besides me trusting the internet!

If you can help me get some satisfaction, I'd be grateful!!!
