We purchased subject refrigerator for our home about one year ago. It has performed well except for sympathetic vibration induced sounds when compressor is operating. Doesn't happen all the time. Just at random times. At first we thought some items were too close together and hence bumping. We tried repositioning items in the refrigerator with limited success.

We are now starting to believe this product has an excessively off balance compressor which triggers the sounds. Would appreciate any advice as to how to quiet this product down once and for all. (Other than pulling the plug-that is).
