mcdonald's, O'fallon Mo - Today I ordered a 3 piece chicken select,no drink ,no fries,that costs me $3.10.Had I known there wasn't going to be a drink or fries with it I would have gone down the street and got a meal at another restaurant for less.

Today I ordered a 3 piece chicken select,no drink ,no fries,that costs me $3.10.Had I known there wasn't going to be a drink or fries with it I would have gone down the street and got a meal at another restaurant for less.

 

Earlier that morning,10:30 am,to be exact,my husband and I stop in the same McDonald's and ordered two medium drinks.We waited for over 15 minutes,after placing our order,then the woman took our order slip,tossed it in the trash and started to walk away.My husband walked over to the counter and said that was our order and we ordered two medium diet cokes.

 

She told him they only gave out small drinks for morning meals and started to reach for the small cups.I said very loudly, medium cups,to which she and everyone gave me dirty looks.I turned and told my husband to get the drinks I was going to the truck.

 

That isn't the only time that this particular restaurant has done this.

 

I know that sometimes you hire what you can but the resturant needs to make the worker understand that if a customer feels cheated or snubbed that they can take their business else where.

 

Normally I enjoy McDonald's but for the time being their is another well known restaurant that is closer and I intend to give them my business.I get better service and am treated better there.
