I ordered a Halloween costume from ecostumes.com on 09-17-04. Did not receive product until I had sent 4 or 5 emails to company.

Received only one response that product would be shipped that day or the next. This did not happen. I never received a confirmation that my product had even shipped. I did receive the product but only after 5 weeks instead of the 5 business days that the website advertises.
