AIRBRUSH BODYART PTY LTD - I made this order on October the 10 2004. I requested airmail for this order. Today it’s October 30 2004 and I haven’t received the order. I sent and email requesting information and status of this order on October 21 2004 and they said I should be receiving it soon.

I made this order on October the 10 2004. I requested airmail for this order. Today it’s October 30 2004 and I haven’t received the order. I sent and email requesting information and status of this order on October 21 2004 and they said I should be receiving it soon.

It’s October 30, 2004 and I haven’t received my merchandise yet, but my credit card it’s been charged already. After October 21 I requested info on the status of the order twice and received no answer.

For me it is kind of hard to make a phone call since the store is located outside the US plus I think that with the proper costumer service I should no have to incur in such expense. I hope someone can help me on resolving this issue and get what I purchased which is my main interest. Thank you for your services. Ps: proof of email history is available upon request
