I received a free sample of some sort of cosmetic cream from this company in the mail.

2 weeks later a small jar about 3 ounces in size arived in the mail which I never ordered and to be precise, the results of using the cream(free sample) for once were so outrageous that I developed rashes which resulted that I had to go to skin specialist.

Now they have turned this matter over to RMCB for collection.

The law says you don't have to pay for something that you receieve in the mail which you did not order.

My complaint is against:

E. Burnham Cosmetic Company and;

RMBC
