2yrs ago he was contracted to rebuild my split level house after a fire. He was paid off by the insurance company but did not complete the work.

There is also a problem with very poor workmanship. He kept stalling coming out to do the repair work. He was given a list by a person he sent out to inspect the premises but failed to complete the job.
