Ticketmaster - Whether Ticketmaster acts incompetently or by overselling events and then not supplying either sufficient tickets (or any tickets at all) their standard business practices have to end. Again my tickets haven’t arrived and again I called and spoke to six people with different answers that left me with no tickets for a sold out Rilo Kiley performance on Saturday, 10/30/04.

Whether Ticketmaster acts incompetently or by overselling events and then not supplying either sufficient tickets (or any tickets at all) their standard business practices have to end. Again my tickets haven’t arrived and again I called and spoke to six people with different answers that left me with no tickets for a sold out Rilo Kiley performance on Saturday, 10/30/04. When the tickets didn’t arrive I called and spoke to four people and was finally given the following choices, get a refund on your tickets or they could arrange for me to purchase them through a local Ticketmaster service agent (Tower.) Except after driving across town and having the people at Tower call Ticketmaster the person they spoke to couldn’t help. They I called and spoke to three more people and was first told that I had cancelled the tickets and then was given the phone equivalent of a shrug. If I had complaints I was told, I should contact Consumersaffairs.com. That Ticketmasters’ ineptitude is taken for granted (that has earned its’ place in Consumersaffairs.com) doesn’t mean that the public shouldn’t have some recourse. William, Fullerton, CA
