Lazy Boy Recliner - purchased a Lazy Boy recliner at the Scottsdale, Arizona store on Scottsdale Road. This was the most expensive recliner we had ever purchased ($611.00) and clearly the worst quality EVER!!! After a short time, the fabric (expensive, custom fabric) started to show signs of wear and the padding looked to be shifting.

My husband and I purchased a Lazy Boy recliner at the Scottsdale, Arizona store on Scottsdale Road. This was the most expensive recliner we had ever purchased ($611.00) and clearly the worst quality EVER!!! After a short time, the fabric (expensive, custom fabric) started to show signs of wear and the padding looked to be shifting.

A service tech came out and said it was normal wear. At 20 months I couldn't stand to sit in the chair any longer because the padding in the arm rests had shifted badly and it made me angry. Without going into a long story, I was told "sorry Charlie" by Bernie in Customer Assurance, the store manager, and the service department. No one EVER expressed any concern that their product was wearing so poorly. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEIR PRODUCT IS INFERIOR!!
