I am one of the many thousands of dissatisfied customers who have used Symantec products for years. This company at one time produced good software and seemed to care about their customers.

Today a person cannot get in touch with Symantec. You cannot call them on the telephone because the have outsource all of their, supposed, customer to INDIA. Their representatives in INDIA cannot speak English in a manner that you can understand.

The customer has to pay for long distance charges in order to get someone that they cannot understand and that cannot help. Their answer is to look at the Symantec website for the answers!! This website is also one of the worst ever conceived. No real help is ever found and there is no way to submit a question for an answer.

Symantec has set everything up so that they cannot be reached in any way.

THE SOLUTION - EVERYONE MUST STOP PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

A SHARP DROP IN INCOME WILL ALWAYS BRING RESULTS. THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST, IS SENDING ITS JOBS OVERSEAS, AND IS ARROGANT TO THE EXTENT THAT THE CUSTOMER IN NOT REALLY IMPORTANT TO THEM. THERE ARE OTHER PRODUCTS THAT WILL DO THE SAME JOB WITHOUT ALL THE PROBLEMS.
