On 07.08.04, I sent a DD, payable at Mumbai (India), for Rs 1400/- to M/s Jasubhai Digital Media, D-222/2, TTC Indl Estate, MIDC, Navi Mumbai, India for purchase of Samsung DVDROM against their offer in August 2004 issue of the magazine DIGIT published by them. The product was to be delivered within maximum 4 weeks after clearance of DD. They acknowledged the receipt of DD and confirmed that it would be presented for clearance on or about 24.08.04 and assured that I would be receiving the product much earlier. But till date, despite sending a number of emails I have yet to receive the DVDROM or a refund or any communication assuring the tentative date of despatch with reason of delay.
