I purchased 3 Soleus air-conditioning units on 8/27/04 from AJ Madison. This equipment was installed by both a licensed electrician and licensed HVAC contractor. The equipment does not work. Both contractors confirm that the equipment is defective.

AJ Madison will do nothing. They simply refuse to accept the return of the equipment and tell me to deal with the manufacturer. The manufacturer's regional sales manager tells me they want AJ Madison to exchange the equipment. Meanwhile I've paid AJ Madison $3000 for equipment that does not work.
