I just had an experience with this gym, that I would like to share with others, so that this incident does not ever happen to anyone else. I joined this gym with the intention of paying the membership in full. I made one payment for half of the membership fee and then was told that the other payment would be automatically taken out from my credit card the first day of the following month. I went to the gym for a few months and then I stopped going for a few months.

One day I received a letter in the mail from the gym not really thinking anything of it, I placed it to the side thinking it was an advertisement. I then looked at the letter and it was a notice stating that I was being sent to a collections department. I then immediately started calling the phone number provided. I called about 6 times and never received a call from anyone. I went into the gym three times to satisfy any outstanding balances that I might have had.

I never got anyone to respond to me and then finally, I called on October 29,2004, I got someone on the phone that was in the memebership services department he then went on to tell me that he gets 30 phone calls a day and that the gym is basically extorting money from it's members, they are purposely not taking calls or returning calls threatening to place people into collections double billing people, taking payments and not applying them to the persons account and he also realized that he may be fired for this. I then asked for a supervisor no one is able to talk thi sis basically a membership scam and everyone should be warned about tis establishment! Thank you
