Prince of Persia, Sands of the Time / UBISOFT Dear Sirs, My name is George, and my location is Portugal. My complaint is directed to UbiSoft (The producer company), and their partner in assistance product in Portugal (EcoFilmes, Lda.), that after 15 days were unable to answer my question. Well I bought the game prince of Persia in an official store, to the Pc platform, but when I tried to install the game, it gives me an error EMEA ERROR REGISTRATION. Due this problem, I tried several times the contact, by email, to the Ubisoft, support customer, and I got no answer. At the same time I tried the contact by phone (by the official support line) to their assistance company in Portugal, ECOFILMES, LDA. Without success. In any time, I was able to talk with anyone. After all these days, I have the game, and I dont know what to do about it. Im starting to ask my self, is normal this kind of procedure in this century? What kind of company is this that sells a product and then doesnt assure the support to the customer? I have had similar problems with other companies. My solution all those times was to contact my bank, who then contacted the company on my behalf and requested my money back. I have not had an unsuccessful attempt in getting my money back this way... so far. I would suggest giving this a try to see if it works for you or not. Best of luck to you.
