I have been a loyal user of Juno Internet service for over 5 years. At first, the service was wonderful, the customer reps were helpful, and the dial up connection was very good.
Now, I cannot even connect, the access numbers are faulty, and the customer reps are rude and ignorant, and worst of all, they make you pay $1.95 a minute for tech support!!! I refused to pay, canceled my service, and switched to High Speed internet. A fast, reliable connection with tech support reps who are courteous, helpful, and most importantly, knowledgeable.
Ever since Juno's merger with NetZero, everything went downhill. A bargain price is no longer a bargain. It is a substandard product not even worth one cent a month. Switch to High Speed.
