I rented a uhaul truck for a move. I made a reservation for a small truck, was given a reservation number, and received a call telling me where to pick the truck up. On the day of the move I called the location in which I was supposed tp pick the truck up at, and the person there told me that there was no truck for me.

He went on to tell me that the truck had broke down and that he told uhaul this, but that for some reason they keep booking him reservations for the truck. He then informed me to call the regional office. I called the regional office and they apologized for the inconvenience because they had nothing else available.

I asked if I would be refunded the $5 that I paid to reserve the truck and I was told no. So now I've got an apartment full of things that need to be moved 30 miles and an extremely limited means to move it. But guess what I have no choice because my current lease expires tomorrow and Uhaul doesn't care, because they made their 5 bucks and they're happy.
