Stratford Co. at 1201 W. Bankhead, New Albany, Ms - I have a Stratolounger rocker recliner that was supposed to be genuine leather. All of the finish has come off of it, I now have a chair that looks very dirty because it is down to the fabric and can not be cleaned at all. It was light tan now it is dirty tan mud color. I am very displeased with this product.

Don’t know because I can not find them all I know is it is the Stratford Co. at 1201 W. Bankhead, New Albany, Ms. 38652 no other information can be found.

Is it supposed to be real leather because the Warranty Card says so, or because the place where you made your purchase from told you you so you would buy it?
