T-Mobile - I bought two new phones in order to take advantage of the T-Mobile plan. We cannot receive or make calls from our home, or check our messages! This means that if our landlines were down, we would be out of luck. I have complained repeatedly and asked for a refund.

I bought two new phones in order to take advantage of the T-Mobile plan. We cannot receive or make calls from our home, or check our messages! This means that if our landlines were down, we would be out of luck. I have complained repeatedly and asked for a refund.

 

For the first 15 days, customer service told me they were "looking into it". As soon as the time limit ran out, I was informed that I had to keep the service for the minimum contract amount because I hadn't sent the phones back within the time period! What a scam.
