I am not a business, but aol slammed me with a new long distance carrier and they increased my ld plan and started charging me a monthly fee for something i receive free. they also increased my time charges for in state and out of state which i did not authorize.

i had my credit card company charge back the fraudulent fees and now talk america wants to turn me over for collection. i contacted the attorney generals office in WV and they are investigating the scam.
