PayPal - We stressed the fact that rush orders would not be accepted, under any circumstances. Prior to posting these Auctions, I referenced PayPals policies on listings for computer builds. It stated that they would allow up to three weeks for shipping on Custom builds, but has since been revised without notice. I worked day and night in hopes of completing the remaining system builds. Unfortunately my efforts failed.

I was a Titanium level Power Seller on Ebay, averaging $50,000 in sales per month. I had 100% positive feedback that rapidly declined,due to the recent loss of my husbands Mother, Father and Brother. I notified all of my customers that there would be a delay in shipment due to these circumstances, many of them were understanding, but it left a open door for the PayPal thieves.

The funds that were available in my PayPal account were my working funds. As soon as a payment was received, I would order the components. The customers were aware of the process, it was clearly stated in the auction listing. Many of my customers required system upgrades, so the average shipping period was between 3-5 weeks.

The phone was ringing off the hook, and deliveries were coming in by the hour. I contacted Ebay and PayPAL several times that week. and expressed my concerns. My account was in the negative of $20,000, but there was no indication that their intentions were in our favor. They continued to process credit reversals on system builds that had already been shipped. They justified this by stating that we could file a dispute to recover the funds.

Their final solution was to continue to complete the system builds, and keep my customers informed.I concluded that they were all a bunch of Idiots, or their a New Breed of Organized Crime. How could I possibly complete these system builds when the have completely eliminated my resources? I no longer had access to my online shipping service, because PayPAL had declined their payment.

My house was in foeclosure, they had completely wiped out my savings account, including 2 accounts that were for Money Orders that customers had sent, because they preferred not to use PayPAL, and the second was the Inheritance money my Husband just recently received. I had to pay $20.00 to cash a Money order for a system build because my accounts were limited. The stress was overwheming and my husband and I separated, but my customers were not going away.

One of them drove to my residence demanding a complete system or a immediate refund. I had finally had it, I contacted the local Police and turned myself in, but they had no interest in me or PayPAL. They gave me a few numbers, such as the Attorney Generals office etc. My husband had only left for a few weeks, but it was long enough to concern my customers, so I told them he was ill in the hopes that the calls would cease, meanwhile PayPAL had planned their second attach.

They had went back as far as 6 months on are account, and processed reversals against any purchase we made on Ebay. Their emails stated that we claimed that we had never received the merchandise. This clearly indicated what these Criminals were capable of doing, and furthermore Ebay supports these practices. This was proven when they were questioned about the circumstances surrounding these issue.

They responded by stating that many sellers use sickness or death as a means to delay shipment, and if we contacted them,and provided documentation of hospital record,completed and shipped the computers, and brought our account up to date, it would be reinstated. First of allI have no intention of selling, buying or using services that are affiliated with Ebay or PayPAL. Second, I never mentioned to Ebay our PayPAL husband was ill.

I had only mentioned it to my customers, and we all know how difficult it is to get customer assistance if your not at the Power Seller status. It must of been one of their snitches they send out, the same ones that scam sellers on Auctions
