Cingular - charging my account which was closed last month. I shipped the phone to them and they did not receive the phone. I contacted customer service on Oct 02, 04 and explained the situation. She informed me that to close my account I would have to pay $80.30.

 

 

 



Cingular is charging my account which was closed last month. I shipped the phone to them and they did not receive the phone. I contacted customer service on Oct 02, 04 and explained the situation. She informed me that to close my account I would have to pay $80.30.

 

The charge for not sending the telephone for $70.00 may resolve if the phone is located. (my son returned the phone with any information inside the box such as telephone # or name.) I received a bill this month for $202.59.

 

I was charged a reconnection fee, $75.00 for the phone not received, liquidated damages $80.00, plus next month billing cycle.

 

I want specfic contact numbers to resolve this issue. After my attempt, Cingular still is asking for $80.30. I did what they asked and I am still have to continue to pay for something was discontinue.
