Bank of America / Horrible customer Service - Over the time I have had numerous problems with Bank of America. Less than a month into using my new checking account, Bank of America lost a deposit that I placed in my account. The gentleman I spoke with at the local branch was very kind and assisted me greatly with the problem.

Over the time I have had numerous problems with Bank of America. Less than a month into using my new checking account, Bank of America lost a deposit that I placed in my account. The gentleman I spoke with at the local branch was very kind and assisted me greatly with the problem.

Later down the road a second problem occurred. I went online to setup a new savings account to set up overdraft protection. When I spoke with the lady on the phone she stated that this was no problem and would get it setup. I chose Bank of America for this reason only to have two accounts linked, but of course this could not be easy. I huge nationwide company can't link two account from two different states.

 

I can't even believe that you have a problem with this but it doesn't surprise me. When I called in I spoke with a girl who stated it was my problem for reading the letter I received from you wrong. Instead of trying to assist me she immediately said that I was incorrect. Another showing of your company having no pride in customer service. I understand how important this is, my job at JP Morgan Chase prides itself in its customer services and I know from just setting up my new account how wonderful they have been and how much our specialized training really sets us apart from companies like Bank of America. After the last problem I decided to look into a new account. I wanted to make sure that I had my bill pay setup for the month (one of the only things I thought your company actually did okay in). I edited a online payment to CitiBank and also wanted to change the amount over the next month. Instead of easily navigating your bill pay (which I have dealt with other banks who have much more user friendly systems) your system set up a bill pay for my account that day. After this occurred an realized it according to your fantastic customer service (who told me I set it up on the 23rd when your system mailed in out on the 22nd, how weird that it happen after it sent out) was rude again. I would of got a lawyer to call them. I had problem with them and one call from my layer thing change real fast. Yas layer cast a lot. That why I used a Prepaid legal service. I cast me $26.95 a mth and have a lawyer on call for many area .

You need to be more diligent in your transactions. B of A's time is valuable and it can't be wasted when the problem is with the customer.

I have NEVER in my LIFE been treated so horribly by ANY customer Service as I have with Bank of America. Ive been told my a rep that after I said, "please repeat that" he stated, "I'm sorry youre hard of hearing" while some other rep was laughing hysterically in the background. I couldnt believe this! They have used ONLY shady tactics in stealing my money. I'm a 25 year old responsible business owner and am BY NO MEANS hard of hearing. The problem arose when I overdrafted 5 times but I have a savings account that had $151 in it to cover my overdrafted funds. but EVEN THOUGHT I PERSONALLY was able to withdraw funds and transfer funds to a from accounts upon depositing money they said they couldnt use that deposit for oevrdraft protection. I AM SHOCKED AND HORRFIED at their inablitity to provide proper service. UTTERLY shocked about how much they DO NOT care about their customers. I have 4 accounts there and am closing them all in the morning. NEVER AGAIN will I even try to use a BofA ATM I want nothing to do with that George Bush company. This ordeal sickens me!! Hard of hearing!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!!!
