Someone actually answered the phone (Alison) and took my order for the glass, which has to be ordered from a Californian company, and it's not going to cost me anything. I have to admit I'm a little surprised. Asmuming the glass part shows up at my house in the next few weeks, my Hampton Bay experience has been very positive.

When we moved into our house we installed a Hampton Bay Miramar ceiling fan and my husband accidently broke the top light fixture and they shipped a new one at no extra charge. A year later I needed a replacement remote and the number I called was 1-800-430-3376 and make sure you have the SKU# or UPC# ready. Also I inquired about how to replace top light fixture bulbs. They are shipping a new remote within 3 business days and directions on how to change the top bulbs.
