I broke the glass on a Hampton Bay ceiling fan and had no luck locating a supplier to replace it. I found the HB customer service number (877-527 0313) on this website and called it.

 

Someone actually answered the phone (Alison) and took my order for the glass, which has to be ordered from a Californian company, and it's not going to cost me anything. I have to admit I'm a little surprised. Asmuming the glass part shows up at my house in the next few weeks, my Hampton Bay experience has been very positive.

This too is not a complaint!


When we moved into our house we installed a Hampton Bay Miramar ceiling fan and my husband accidently broke the top light fixture and they shipped a new one at no extra charge.

A year later I needed a replacement remote and the number I called was 1-800-430-3376 and make sure you have the SKU# or UPC# ready.

Also I inquired about how to replace top light fixture bulbs.

They are shipping a new remote within 3 business days and directions on how to change the top bulbs.

I HAD THE SAME THING JUST HAPPEN TODAY.

CALLED HD CS #, AND THEY CALLED THE MFR AND HAD A REPLCEMENT ORDERED AND READY TO ARRIVE IN 5-7 DAYS....FOC! THANKS SO MUCH HD AND HAMPTON BAY! KS

I have the same problem, my spouse broke the glass lamp of a Hampton Bay ceiling and the glass on another hampton bay lamp on the dining room.
