PLEASE READ (COMPLAIN ABOUT DEPT CHILDREN & FAMILIES

To whom may concern:

I need to complain about the children and family center, I went today to apply for food stamps for me and my family and after they call us and check our paper the lady said that sit down in the room and wait to see a social service, said that it is a RED CASE, that meen that somebody need to see us today, well I was there with 4 childrens one pair of 6 month twins and 11 and 12 years old with out no food because they came direct from school to the children and family center, after waiting and wating, finally some one ask for who or what we are wating for, we explained to them that the lady told us wait for a social service person to call us that was about 4:00 pm,

then she went inside and tell the other girls working inside that we are a RED CASE most see today, then she said go inside, when we came inside with the babys hungri because the already dronk the last milk from the buttlers. and the others girls so hungri, they start arguing that they will not take that case finally a woman name yolanda said she will see you and send us to sit down in a littler room inside and wait for her, finally about 5:00 pm ms. yolanda came to us and said "is to late I will can't see you today" "come back tomorrow!

........you imaging!!!! I told her that was an abuse why they make us wait so long for nothing, I told her I will get fire from my job if I miss other day and I can't afford miss other day in my job, she said "well we close at 5 I don't have time to see you today come back tomorrow I take us out of the office, the problems that she cause in my family was very big, because the babys did not have more milk I spend my gasoline and my time for her to tell us to leave and come back and now I will miss other morning in my job.

I will appresiate that you receive this complain, and do something about this,. this children and family is located in 7925 w. 2nd court, hialeah, fl 33014

BECAUSE UNTIL TODAY NO ANSWERS ABOUT HIS CASE WITH 11 YEARS WITH FOOD STAMPS.(SINCE SEPTEMBER 2007 THIS PEOPLE NEVER SEND A LETTER TO MY HUSBAND BLIND AND MENTALLY ILL TELLING

HIM WHAT HAPPENED WITH HIS FOOD STAMPS.

MY HUSBAND IS BLIND AND MENTALLY ILL AND THESE PEOPLE ARE SO BAD THAT THEY TREATED MY HUSBAND LIKE GARBAGE.

MY HUSBAND HAVE FOOD STAMPS FOR 11 YEARS BECAUSE HE BECAME BLIND WITH RETINA PIGMENTOSA IN BOTH EYES AND HE SPEAKS AND WRITE FLUENT ENGLISH BUT HE CANNOT WORK ANYMORE AND HE GET A DISABILITY CHECK FOR 623,00 A MONTH.YOU DIDNT OWN A HOUSE,I HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF HIM,YOU HAVE TO PAY UTILITIES BILLS HERE AND YOU ARE CITIZEN OF USA AND WE WENT THERE BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30,2007 AND I (HIS WIFE) APPLIED FOR FOOD STAMPS AND PUT EVERYTHING INSIDE A ENVELOPE.I TOOK COPIES OF ALL DOCUMENTS,CHECKING ACCOUNT,UTILITIES BILLS.

THEY CUT OUR COUPONS FOR OCTOBER,NOVEMBER AND DIDNT SEND ANY LETTER HERE UNTIL TODAY TO TELL WHY THEY DID IT.

MY HUSBAND WENT OVER THERE AGAIN TO LOOK FOR ANSWERS AND THE LADY TOLD HIM TO LOOK IN THE COMPUTER.HE IS BLIND AND THEY DIDNT HELP HIM.

I LOOK IN THE COMPUTER AND NOTHING ABOUT HIS CASE.

MY FAMILY HAD TO HELP US HERE TO PAY BILLS AND BUY FOOD BECAUSE UNTIL TODAY THIS DEPARTMENT DIDNT SEND ANY ANSWER (LETTER)TO US:

I FEEL VERY SORRY FOR ALL CHILDREN,ALL DISABILITY AND OLD PEOPLE THAT HAVE TO GO TO THIS PLACE.

SORRY ABOUT ALL PEOPLE THAT HAVE TO GO TO THIS PLACE.

SORRY ABOUT MY ENGLISH BUT I HAVE TO HELP MY POOR HUSBAND

BECAUSE IS SO MANY PEOPLE ABUSING HIM AND I LOVE HIM.

I HOPE SOME BAD PEOPLE STOP TO ABUSE THE CHILDREN,THE OLD,

AND THE DISABILITY POOR PEOPLE.

NOBODY IS BETTER THAN NOBODY IN THIS WORLD.
