Earthlink - We blocked our account, and thought nothing of it. We then received bills from a credit agency. Remember we never established service with them, or were ever to be online with them. We called Earthlink about the billing from the credit agency.

We called Earthlink about the billing from the credit agency. They said so sorry, we will fix the problem.

 

 



 

I was unable to establish a link with Earthlink, so cancelled the service.

 

They continued to take money from our account. Called Earthlink, and they said they were sorry and would take care of it.

 

We blocked our account, and thought nothing of it. We then received bills from a credit agency. Remember we never established service with them, or were ever to be online with them. We called Earthlink about the billing from the credit agency. They said so sorry, we will fix the problem.

 

Now we are getting calls from the credit agency, and our credit is suspect. We called to talk to a supervisor at Earthlink, and were told there was no one who could speak to this situation.

 

What are our options?
