This is the third time I have e-mailed this to you and I have called 5 times to customer service and I still can't get anywhere. Please respond to this and my phone calls about when I will get my $108.39 refund. I have been waiting since July.

This is regards to Cyberwize.com, Inc. My name is Trina Nilsson-M and on June 6, 2004, I signed up for the supplement package for 99.00 at one of the meetings in Dallas. Ross took my information and my credit card number and submitted it to the company. In mid-July I still had not received my product, so I contacted Cyberwize customer service. After checking they found that the only information they had registered was my name and they charged my credit card for $108.39. I then was told that I would be credited the amount of $108.39 within 72 hours, because I didn't feel I should have to wait that long to receive the supplements.

 

The person I spoke with agreed. It is now October and I still have not received my credit. I was told today that they would be sending a check out to me instead of crediting my account and the gentleman that I spoke with was to call me back before 5:00pm to let me know the status of this. I never heard anything back from him.

 

I have made 4 phone calls to customer service, each being put on hold for more then 20 minutes, waiting to talk to someone about this problem. Each person that I have spoke with said that they would take care of this matter and rush it through accounting for my credit of $108.39, and all promised to follow up with me as to the progress.

 

I still have NOT received my refund nor have I heard from anyone with a follow up. I have spent 120 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone, to get this refund and I am tired of dealing with this matter. All I want is my refund. Why does it take 4 months to do that. I feel at this point I should be compensated for all the wasted time I spent on hold, along with my full refund. I hope that this is not the way everyone is treated. I have been very patient, but I enough is enough. Please advice and assist me in this matter.
